I had no prior knowledge of Cooksley and Son Funeral Directors Weston-super-Mare and made a random choice when I was asked to give a name by a care home when my husband became a resident - after his passing Cooksley and Son took him into their care and Anouska then took us into her capable hands taking us through every step of the way making the experience as stress free as possible with empathy and patience - we were also fortunate that Anouska lead the funeral cortege at the service adding that warmth and respect to his farewell that we had already seen - I would like to thank the whole team for their gentle compassion and professional approach to a very distressing and emotional time - I would recommend them to anyone needing funeral services and say once again thank you for your support respect and care

Such a beautiful service full of respect and everything my mother loved. The staff were so amazing and supportive. They took all the stress away and kept me fully updated. They allowed me to bring the dog to visit. Aniska at the Weston-super-Mare branch was outstanding. Her compassion and empathy helped me through the process. I would definitely recommend to anybody.

The support we were given was second to none. We were all extremely grateful for the support and way in which we were treated. Every request was accepted and support was given to help for fill dads wishes and ensure dad was given a good send off.
