Impeccable service from start to finish - I would to personally thank Linda at FMJ Waits Team & the Funeral Directors for their hard work & dedication throughout the process - my Dad was seen off in style just as he wanted - highly recommended xx

At a difficult time FM & J Waits funeral directors helped us enormously to arrange every detail for our loved one's funeral. Linda, in the Burton branch, was lovely, respectful, and super helpful. She wasn't pushy, trying to sell services we didn't need, and did everything we asked of her. She was there when we needed to ask questions, or to tweak arrangements. The whole funeral went like clockwork, which was down to the professionalism of all the staff involved.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Waits for any loved ones funerals.
