Where shall we start…

When my sister and I went in , on behalf of our mum, we were taken into a room, where we chose the casket for our dad.

We then specifically asked!!!!!

For us to be informed about the day of his cremation.

It was a no attendance funeral, which our dad specifically asked for.

We were not!!!! Informed, we had to ring to ask , imagine how we all felt, especially our mum, only to be told that he had been cremated already!!!

The following week, we went to fetch dads ashes, to bring him home, with the staff eating chips, the whole place stunk of chips!

Very professional NOT.

Upon receiving our dad, when we were just about to go, when we noticed that they had spelt his name wrong.

We had to ask them to do it again.

We also noticed that when we got home to mum, the casket hadn’t got the handles on which is what we were shown.

Neither my sis or I have said nothing about it to our mum, as we think the loss of our dad is enough for her to cope with.

All we can say, is that we would never consider this company again!!

Incorrect information passed to family, calls from office cut off mid discussion as staff had to take other calls or had another task to complete. Unable to attend to sign documents on site to suit my calendar as restricted availability only available due to Director using the room for families. When collecting ashes door was open so I entered property to be confronted by a gentleman saying I expected the bell to ring and you to be outside very directly as if I was wrong to walk into an open doorway.
