I was very satisfied with the kind and considerate way my sister's Jeanne Ellen Newbury funeral was conducted. As I live a long way from Colchester I appreciated all the service I received. Many thanks to Bridget.

Staff were very friendly. Bridget Baldwin kept us well informed throughout the process.
We went to the chapel of rest at Bury St Edmunds and were greeted by lovely staff. My mother had been prepared by the staff at the chapel beautifully. Her nails were painted which match her favourite dress she was laid to rest in. We went in the evening and we were given as much time as we needed to pay our final respects.
On the day of the funeral we were greeted by a wonderful gentleman at our house . Who walked in front of hearse for the length of the street. Everyone seemed very professional and respectful
We would recommend there service to any future customers
