What families say about us

Rated 4.71 / 5 based on 28 reviews.

Rated 5/5

Very caring and professional in a very difficult time.

There was some confusion when Emma returned after her holiday but plans were returned to what was already planned with Peter after 24hrs.

We did have another mix up the day before the funeral when a £100 wasn’t included in the original bill.

The delivery of the ashes was very fast and very caring.

Communication was amazing.

Every aspect of the preparation and accomplishment of the work you provided myself and my family was excellent. In particular, Emma Hart, the manager of your branch in Surbiton, was most helpful and we considered that we could not have been in better hands.

My husband and I had the unfortunate task to arrange a funeral for a friend/collegue without knowing what type of funeral he would want. We meet Emma who was very supportive. Gave us a few ideas which was very welcome. At the end of our appointment we had arranged what we thought was what the friend would be happy with. Emma was excellent with keeping us informed with obtaining the music that we requested. Dealing with the amendments to order of service. She also explained that Mark would phone us the say before the funeral which he did and this call was much appreciated. He was very keen to make sure what we wanted to happen on the day. The day it's self went according to plan and many attendees said it was a perfect day. Thank-you Emma Mark and all your team that looked after our friend while in your care and for keeping an eye on us. A very professional company.
