Thank you Li-an and all the staff at R S Scott wallsend for the professionalism show when dealing with the funeral of my Nana.
Tracy Cole, 27 March 2026
I would sincerely like to thank all staff from R.S. Scott Funeral Directors ( Wallsend) for not only their professionalism, but their compassion, support and guidance that helped us through a difficult time.
From the first phone call, and then meeting Lewis and Donna in person, we were regularly updated about the forthcoming funeral for a much loved Mam and Nana.
Special thanks to Lorraine who went above and beyond her duties and even arranged for care home staff to be taken to and from the chapel service. To driver Bill, who drove us along the coast line in such stormy weather, absolutely fitting and ‘Dot’ would have loved it! Not forgetting Julia Graham the celebrant, who delivered such an amazing eulogy; comforting, genuine and humorous – exactly what we wanted!
