We highly recommend WG Rathbone Warwick/Leamington. Sara took care of everything with such gentle kindness and professionalism. Her advice and guidance were extremely helpful from the coffin, the flowers, funeral notice, design/printing of the Order of Service, to the recommendation of a celebrant. Nothing was too much trouble.

Andy our celebrant was wonderful. He helped us create just the right atmosphere in celebration of our mum, supporting us with decisions on the content of the Order of Service - the music, welcome, hymn, eulogy and poem. Our visit to the Chapel of Rest in Leamington was very comforting, seeing our beautiful mum at peace.

On the day of the funeral Alicia and the team were simply brilliant, guiding and supporting the family and guests. Andy’s delivery was superb. Wesley Media did us proud with the technology. Providing a live link on the day and recordings accessible for a week, which was a great help to those unable to attend in person. Their creation of a visual tribute was such an uplifting part of the service.

We received so many compliments about the service afterwards. Everyone felt the celebration hit just the right note and was very personal to mum. After the day of the funeral Rathbones were still there to support us.

On such occasions it’s easy to allow costs to run away with themselves. With Rathbones we definitely received value for money and no pressure.
