You can choose to add a personal touch, such as a unique coffin, flowers, your choice of transport, a printed order of service or a memorial. Can’t fault them. Handled my mother and father’s funerals within a few weeks and made the process really easy and as painful as free as possible. Toni at Bilston branch was brilliant. Highly recommended.
