Very kind and professional.

Having used Roberts and Brain for two previous generations of our family, we were delighted to discover the business was still active. The member of our family who had arranged these two funerals was sadly the individual who had passed, and therefore we were very new to the process. From the initial warm welcome into the funeral home itself, to the actual funeral on the day, we could not be more pleased with the exceptional service we received. The girl we sat and had the initial conversation with was respectful, very helpful, sensitive and guided us through the process in a non pushy manner. Having selected and confirmed the choices for the service itself, the team was with us every step of the way, supported us throughout, kept in touch regularly and nothing was too much trouble. On the day itself, we could not have wished for a more perfect sendoff. All our wishes had been put into place and we were especially moved by the respect, courtesy and dignity shown both to the deceased and the family by every member of the team right through from the driver to the minister. This all added to the service being an uplifting and fitting tribute rather than a sombre occasion. We would like to thank Gary, Olivia, Emma and everyone involved wholeheartedly and cannot praise and recommend them enough.

Very pleased with the service and attention received from Emma and Gary. With their help and guidance the funeral we arranged for a dear friend went so smoothly, they thought of everything.
