So thankful for the care, support and amazing service J&R Matthews gave our family when my mum passed in august, I live miles away and they went above and beyond to help everything go smoothly through phone and emails. The funeral was a lovely send off. Highly recommend 1000%. Thank you again from myself and our family

The team at J&R Matthews were so kind and supportive during what was obviously a very traumatic time for me, organising my mother's funeral. They kept in touch, kept me informed with progress reports, and always happy to answer any questions or address any worries that I had. I can't rate them highly enough, and will be forever grateful.

J & R MATTHEWS Funeral Directors has been an amazing assistance in organising my father’s funeral. Sam and Vicky deserve every internal award that Dignity may have for its staff. I was very unwell during the organising and they made adjustments to help me not have to travel to them that were so considerate and that I had never envisaged possible. Their support and care for the living as well as respecting the dead is what brought me back to them for my father, having lost my mother two years prior and entrusting them to look after her funeral. I cannot recommend their services any higher and will eternally be grateful to them at this very difficult time.
