Chappell and Rice were wonderful. This was the first time I had to deal with something like this, and they handled everything so well, from the first call, the first meeting and right through until my dear mothers funeral, and beyond. Nothing was ever too much trouble, every call and dealing I had with Kim Montague was so kind, courteous and professional. The level of sensitivity to what I, and my family were going through was exemplary. She is a credit to her company. I am extremely grateful that Chappell & Rice were the Funeral Directors. Also, I would like to mention Paul, who handled the actual day of my mother’s Funeral, he was perfect.

I would like to say thank you to Chappell & Rice. From the moment they met with my daughter they were incredibly kind and understanding . They were especially thoughtful with my needs, knowing I had difficulty in walking and they always made sure I was comfortable. Nothing ever felt rushed, they gave us all the time we needed and were there to guide us through the day . We are all really grateful for all their help and support.
