What families say about us

The whole experience, from start to finish, was brilliant. The service was exemplary and Fleur Tanner was always professional, approachable, patient and she exuded an air of calmness at times. Nothing seemed to disrupt her. Several people at the service commented on how well the service went. At the first meeting Fleur clearly set out the options, listened to our preferences and ..delivered. First Rate.

Fantastic service provided thoughout such a sensible and heartbreaking time for our family.

Staff went over and above to deliver the perfect service, tailored to our requirements and delivered it exceptionally.

Highly recommended.

When our father passed away we did not want a full service and not a direct cremation, something in between. A Funeral Home that would do a direct cremation whilst allowing us to visit our father. Fleur and Caroline went above and beyond with our requests. Allowing us to get a hand cast, visit our father, The dignity to have him cremated in his own clothes and allowing us to get some locks of his hair and allowing us to leave some flowers in the casket with him.

Fleur and Caroline was brilliant, constantly checking up on my mother, as she was taking our loss very hard. They were kind and compassionate. We could not have asked for anything more. Our Father was cremated with dignity and love, all thanks to Charles Wood and the amazing Fleur and Caroline.

We can not say thank you enough.
