FW Jones & Son provided a great service for my wife's mum. They were very supportive and kind throughout the whole ordeal. Fran was great. Nothing felt rushed. The funeral service was lovely, the flowers they provided was beautiful and their staff during the day was caring and polite.

I can't thank them enough.

Having recently lost my daughter, Fran was amazing to our family from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble, very caring and compassionate, having never had dealings with arranging a funeral before, Fran made it seamless from start to finish, we were able to give our girl the best send off, thank you Fran for everything.
