Reviews of our services
On the day the funeral was dignified and respectful for my Mum.
Nothing is too much trouble and during this time of loss you are guided through so gently you feel amongst friends helping you through your pain and sadness.
It really helps to have a guiding hand through this difficult time the staff are friendly and nothing is to much trouble
We felt very relaxed, even at the stage when we were dealing with the most difficult part, namely the removal of our loved one's body from the house.
Although the Obitus live streaming is provided by the crematorium, staff from W & W G West were very helpful in facilitating this and other add on services, which made a funeral in the difficult climate of covid a very fulfilling and rich experience.
Mum would have been proud.
At all times they have been courteous, punctual and made sure that all arrangements were carried out as per our wishes. Many thanks for making a difficult experience as comfortable and straight forward as possible.
I would not hesitate to recommend W & W G West to anyone needing the services of a Funeral Director.
We met with Nikki, the Manager, on several occasions prior to the funeral and found her competent, empathetic and most reassuring. She liaised with the local Clergy and it was because of her qualities that the funeral service and interment met the exacting standards rightly demanded by W & WG West - a company that the family has used for many years ... and will continue to use.
Thank you to everyone at W & WG West for your help at a very difficult time.
