Everything was difficult to navigate. we wanted the funeral to be perfect for the person we'd lost , but trying to book it all whilst we were grieving was really hard.
The staff at Phillips couldn't do enough to help & support us through it all. Nothing was too much trouble. They were so professional yet warm and personally friendly. We're so glad we used Phillips and we can highly recommend them.
