Reviews for Dowsett & Jenkins Funeral Directors in Norbury
When mum died in July we went to make the arrangements with the undertakers Dowsett & Jenkins
The lady we saw there Joan was very kind and helpful as I had never done this before and helped us every step of the way .We booked it all up and hired a family limousine to follow the hurst
The following day my sister was really upset as she would have like for mum to have a full Mass in church before the Crematorium So we went back and saw Joan again and told her we wanted to make a change. It was no problem to her she got on the phone to see if we could book the Priest ,Church and church hall to fit in with the time we had got for the Crematorium .then she redone all the paper work she done on the previous visit . That done she went out of her way and found one of the hymns mum had wanted that we could find anywhere
We also ordered the Order of Service book and flowers through Dowsett & Jenkins . Both we’re done just like the rest of their service ...... With perfection
