From the very first daunting phone call right through to mums cremation Lynn, Gwen, Paul the pallbearers and Alan the celebrant made a extremely difficult and heartbreaking time so much easier. They not only were so supportive to us but treated mum with dignity, respect and nothing was too much trouble for them. We felt like they had know mum all her like and made us feel apart of the family and for that we are eternally grateful xx

A difficult time was made easy! Partly by dad deciding what he wanted to happen, organising and paying for it before he died but also by the calm, thoughtful and professional way the staff at Howard Jenkins dealt with us. Nothing was too much trouble. Support and advice was offered every step of the way. The funeral itself went without a hitch. Thank you. Anne and family

All the staff at the Pilch Lane office were fabulous from the day I rang to let them know my brother had passed away, through the funeral and after care. The out of hours staff were so helpful too. It’s not just about the care they offered me and the family but also to my brother while he rested there, saying hello to him each day.
My brother had a funeral plan which was very helpful, enabling us to respond and put in place what he wanted. This also avoids any potential conflicts between family members.
I would recommend dignity and Howard Jenkins. Both my parents have plans with them and I am considering doing one too. Thanks Lyn, Gwen and both Pauls
