Dignity at Stafford were brilliant throughout arranging my fathers funeral. Leanne was really thorough and clear when we discussed arrangements whilst remaining compassionate and professional. We never felt under any pressure when it came to selecting different options. From when dad was collected from home to the funeral day itself all staff were proficient and empathetic, everything ran so smoothly and as planned. Communication was great throughout, even on the day… they talked us through each step and really put us at ease. Thank you Dignity x
