Thank you Nicole and staff at Ebbutt for a very dignified and heartfelt ceremony for my mum. It was made more difficult as I had to travel abroad before all arrangements finalised, but Nicole emailed/texted daily until all sorted, thank you. Unfortunately this was the second funeral Ebbutt's have had to do for me, but I could not have chosen anyone better.

The actual funeral on the 28th August 2026 was well organised but unfortunately the visits to Ebbutts Sanderstead were too rushed as Luke was always under pressure and understaffed. Was overcharged on original quote for Order of Service by £42.13 plus £16 for Minister's fee which was covered by Dignity's pre paid plan and our Minister made no charge whatsoever for his services.
Unfortunately I am unable to make a recommendation for Ebbutts of Sanderstead
