Hi, I had been to the office before and the alteration from a desk to a round table was better. Angela was very kind and empathetic and talked through the procedure amicably, and I understood what would happen. Being very picky and pedantic, in hindsight the clicking of a calculator after each chosen section of the funeral was off putting. The funeral itself went superbly, without any problems. Liz, the humanist celebrant was also very kind and understanding , producing a memorable eulogy to my wife. Thank you

Angela is lovely and was really helpful as I was so upset when I first went in there ,as I had never arranged a funeral before she talked me through it and helped me alot ,the funeral went of alright and they were very polite and helpful, I'm glad I went with Dignity for my husband Keith,
