I had the good fortune of turning up for my appointment at the wrong W G Rathbone branch, but Tracy was incredibly welcoming and took the time to sit down with me and go through everything, despite not being on her list. I felt very well supported throughout the process, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
Later, Alicia supported me with the service and struck exactly the right balance between allowing me to make my own decisions while offering helpful advice and guidance on how the service could be conducted. I knew immediately during our conversation that I was pleased she would be directing the service.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the W G Rathbone team to others, and I’m very grateful I found my way to them.
