We had used FG Pymm for our Dad's funeral 8 years ago and were very happy with them at the time so decided to entrust our dear Mum's funeral with them in July this year.
Shelley, Pauline , Andrew and the team were all wonderful. We couldn't fault them at all in the run up to Mum's funeral.
On the day of Mums funeral we had lovely Amber in charge of all the arrangements and she was amazing. She treated Mum, and our family with so much respect and kindness. Everything ran smoothly and to time and Amber was there in the background quietly making sure it did. Mums funeral was calm, peaceful and beautiful ..just the way we had hoped it would be. Amber and her team couldn't have done anything more for us than they did on the day and for that we will always be so grateful .
