What families say about us

We recently had my stepdad's funeral with Guyans. From start to finish, they were friendly, considerate, kind and professional. Everything went as well as can be, and I can't thank the staff there enough for guiding us through a tough time. I hope to not have to use them again anytime soon, of course (!), but would definitely recommend.

We had the privilege to work alongside these lovely people when they visited our care home in a professional capacity. They demonstrated the upmost dignity and respect and were so courteous and caring. A seamless continuity of care for a loved one.

Thank you so much to everyone at Guyan for all their help & support with the arranging of my Dads funeral. From the very 1st visit, we were supported with compassion & professionalism.

On the morning of the funeral we were informed that due to the massive flooding in the area, the Crematorium was flooded & with just a few hrs notice, we needed to either move the funeral forward by 1.5hrs or cancel. We decided to go ahead at the earlier time & Michelle, our funeral Director & the rest of the team, leapt into action ensuring that everything was in place whilst keeping my Mum up to date at every step of the way to reassure her that everything would go to plan which it did. At no point did we ever feel that Michelle & the team were under any pressure to ensure that my Dads final journey was anything but respectful, whilst looking after us too. Thank you again.
