I'm generally happy with your service. Everything went smoothly and James carried out all my wishes with care and respect. He had to search for one piece of music but persevered. I've deducted one star for an incorrect word on the order of service which wasn't corrected despite 2 requests and getting Richard's name wrong on the invoice. Maybe a small thing but showed lack of attention to detail at a delicate time.
Would I recommend you? Yes.

Thank you so much to the whole Team. I had no experience in arranging a funeral and was guided through the process with patience, compassion and professionalism. We were able to give my step-mother a wonderful send off on the 18th September. I thoroughly recommend using T Conchar & Sons.

Many thanks to Conchars funeral directors in Colwyn Bay . They were very supportive and professional throughout the planning and delivery of our dear Mums funeral on 24.8.26. Its not something you can plan everything for and Lorraine and the team helped us ensure the day went as our mum Salky would’ve wanted . Well done .
Kind regards her daughters
Jane Jones and Carole Griffith.
