The process of planning an unexpected funeral was made simple and hassle free. Regular phone calls to keep up to date. The day itself ran smoothly, and all our requests listened to and acted on.

We can’t thank Derek Moss funeral services enough especially Kristina. Sadly when mum died, we were at a loss what to do. Kristina gently guided us through the process. Her attention to detail is exceptional and she treated me, my family and especially our Mum with the up most respect at all times. Kristina is courteous and shows empathy - a real ambassador for Derek Moss and Dignity. Also, thanks to Ann at the CLS branch for being so respectful and even spraying mums perfume for us before we arrived to say our final farewell to a wonderful mum. It’s the little details that mean the most! Thank you all so much. Julie Hickin and Family

From the initial contact Kristina made the arrangements for our mams funeral to our specification. Always welcoming and kind when we called. The red rose left on my sisters step was a beautiful example of the service we recieved
