Truly awful experience that made a very upsetting situation a lot worse. Disorganised and made promises about things that would be included that we were then subsequently charged for. Would strongly advise people to explore alternative options in Kingsbridge as unfortunately have had to utilise two different funeral directors in the past 12 months so feel I can make an honest comparison.

Everything was well explained and the cremation arrangements went smoothly. There was a hitch at the end with an unexpected charge but I guess these things happen.
