These guys are complete rip offs. 9.5k for a simple burial. 4k start for a cremation.. Rude with attitude not at all caring. Many a lot cheaper I'm now using L.E.Brand & sons.

A great service from Butler and English. Less so from the Dignity funeral plan team.

Michelle and her team at Butler & English Funeral Directors truly went above and beyond for us, and I honestly don’t know how we would have got through such a difficult time without them.

From the very first moment, Michelle showed such genuine kindness, compassion, and care. Nothing was ever too much trouble, no matter how big or small, and she made everything feel so much more manageable when we felt completely overwhelmed. The support, patience, and understanding we were shown meant more than I could ever put into words.

They didn’t just do their job — they cared, deeply — and that made all the difference. We felt supported every step of the way, and for that, we will be forever grateful.

There truly are no words that could ever thank Michelle and her team enough for everything they have done for us. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone who needs not just a service, but real care and compassion at such a heartbreaking time.
