I can't thank the team at Chadderton enough for how they looked after me and my late partner. From our very first contact, they were incredibly lovely, caring and genuine. I dealt with Sue throughout. Sue is one of life's beautiful people, an earth angel. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them, and they went above and beyond to support me through every step of the planning. They managed to strike the perfect balance between professionalism and deep, heartfelt empathy. They gave my partner a beautiful, dignified send off, and their gentle support made an incredibly painful process feel a little easier to bear. I am forever grateful for their kindness and would highly recommend them to any family in need of comfort. Thank you!!! Sue, your amazing.. ❤️

I cannot thank the team enough for the care, support and professionalism they showed during an incredibly difficult time. From the moment I walked through the door, they offered genuine kindness, patience and dignity.
Nothing was ever too much trouble. They guided every step with sensitivity, gave space when it was needed, and provided a level of compassion that went far beyond expectations. Knowing everything was handled with such respect brought real comfort.
Kit, Toni and Sue are exceptional at what they do, but more importantly, they are exceptional people. I am truly grateful for everything they did.
