From the on set we meet with Lisa who was very professional. She made us feel very welcome. She explained everything to us what service we would be getting. Lisa did everything we asked of her without any question. The service & customer care was top quality from being to end. I would definitely recommend this funeral directors 100%. Also Chris & his colleagues did a amazing job on the day of my mums funeral. Thank you to Lisa, Chris & all colleagues best wishes Sue & Simon Williams.

From start to finish TJ Browns were sympathetic, understanding and professional. They helped us plan the day exactly the way we wanted with every detail covered. On the day of the funeral everything went exactly to plan which is all we could want from what is a difficult time. Communication from Lisa was excellent with nothing too much trouble. The price was good too and whilst not the deciding factor it is obviously a consideration amongst many. I cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you.

I cannot thank Adele, Lisa and the team at T.J Brown and Sons enough for the way they handled my father’s funeral. From our very first meeting, they treated us with such genuine compassion and sensitivity during what was an incredibly difficult time for our family.

The organisation and attention to detail were truly second to none. Every aspect of the day was handled flawlessly, allowing us to focus on saying goodbye without any added stress. What really stood out, however, was the personal touch that Adele brought to everything. It didn’t feel like a standard service; it felt like they truly cared about honouring my dad’s memory in a way that was unique to him.

I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a professional yet deeply kind and personal team to care for their loved ones."
