Annick and the team were exceptional in supporting us through a very sad and difficult time. We can't thank them enough for the care shown including after the funeral when they checked in with us.

I couldn't be happier with the service these have given.

They have been incredibly kind and understanding and have followed my requests perfectly at every step.

Finally got my father back today and sat his ashes on the sofa he used to sit on. Can't thank you all enough!

We’ve just had TJ Thomas organise a service for the passing of my mother.

From the very first phone call to the collection of our ashes, it has been the most streamlined , professional, caring service I have ever known.

The atmosphere they provide is truly warming. The staff are incredibly caring and considerate. Not just professional , but they make you feel at home from the second you speak to them.

I had no worries what so ever about any step of the process, being talked to nicely and comfortably, guided through the whole process.

It’s a part of life none of us ever want to do, but to have the staff at TJ Thomas be there for myself and the family made it totally bareable, allowing us to grieve together with help and guidance at every step.

Thankyou so much to you all.

Best regards

Tim and Amy Sparks
