Francis Chappell beckenham branch. No words can express the kindness, compassion & overall dignity that we received from Donna & Paul in the funeral of my dad. Donna was fantastic, she treated us with such compassion, nothing was too much, Donna arranged the viewings at the Orpington branch, met us there, explained everytime what to expected when viewing my dad, again with so much compassion. Paul did a home visit as my mum wanted my dad home the day before the funeral, again our family was treated with compassion. Paul & his team brought my dad home, carried my dad with dignity & bowed their heads at his coffin as they left.

On the day of my dad's funeral, Paul & his team came again bowed at the coffin before taking my dad to the Hurst. The whole team made a very difficult day run so smoothly, treated our family with so much respect & dignity. Our family can not praise Donna, Paul & their team enough. They were absolutely brilliant.
