A very sad occasion for our family but handled so well and expertly by the team at Francis Chappell Bexleyheath. The day before our mum's funeral, the funeral director rang me to go through the service and how the day would fan out. It was impeccable and I wouldn't have the slightest hesitation in recommending them for anyone's funeral.

Unfortunately I had what a lot of people go through in life which is the loss of a Father.Me and Dad had a great relationship together and I was dreading having to go to Francis Chappell Bexleyheath. All I can say is that from the arrangements the funeral it self and all that comes with that process was made easier with all the staff. All the staff are warm kind and friendly very compassionate and will bend over back wards to help and assist you with the terrible loss that we can all find our self’s in.
Thank you all at Francis Chapell
