We would like to thank Alison, Charlie, and Matthew at AHApps Funeral Directors for the kindness and respect they showed while looking after our Mum. From the very beginning, they treated our family with great care and understanding. Even though they were not of our faith, they were incredibly respectful of our culture and allowed us to include small but meaningful symbols and traditions from our religion.
They were patient and supportive, always listening to how we wanted Mum to be looked after, and they showed real understanding when it came to timings and arrangements. Their compassion made a very difficult time a little easier, and we will always be grateful for the way they guided us through.
