I cannot thank T H Fenton Funeral Directors in Cleveleys enough for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed while arranging my mum’s funeral. During such a difficult and emotional time, they made everything feel a little more manageable with their kindness and attention to detail.

From the very beginning, the team were incredibly supportive, guiding us through each step with patience and understanding. They truly listened to what we wanted and treated my mum with the utmost dignity and respect.

One moment that meant so much to me personally was when I mentioned that my mum loved doves. On the day of the funeral, one of the ladies from the funeral home surprised me with beautiful dove pins for me to give out to my family. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture, and it brought a real sense of comfort and connection to the day. It showed just how much they care about the little details that make a service personal and meaningful.

I will always be grateful for the kindness they showed to me and my family. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend T H Fenton to anyone needing funeral services—they truly go above and beyond.

From start to finish, Liz was very helpful, kind and professional. Answered all our questions and queries and dealt with all with great compassion and understanding.

Everyone was thoughtful and respectful. Expecially Derek who came to see me he helped me arrange what I wanted. It was a job I was dreading but he made it so easy ....the funeral was beautiful
