An Exceptional Funeral Directors – Birtwistle & Rishton

Following the recent passing of my beloved mother, our family had the difficult task of arranging her funeral. At such an incredibly emotional and distressing time, we were fortunate to have the support of Birtwistle & Rishton.

From the very first contact, their care, compassion and professionalism were exceptional. Every member of the team treated my mother with the utmost dignity, respect and kindness, while also showing genuine understanding towards our family during an incredibly difficult time.

Nothing ever felt rushed or impersonal. They took the time to listen to our wishes, explain everything clearly and ensure that every detail of the funeral was handled with care. Their attention to detail gave us great reassurance that my mother was being looked after in exactly the way we wanted.

The funeral itself was conducted with great dignity and professionalism. Everything ran smoothly, allowing our family to concentrate on saying our final farewell to Mum without having to worry about the arrangements.

We will always be grateful to Birtwistle & Rishton for the compassion, care and respect they showed towards our mother and our family. Their support meant more to us than we can put into words.

I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Birtwistle & Rishton to anyone who finds themselves having to arrange the funeral of a loved one. They provided an exceptional service at a time when we needed it most.

Thank you to everyone at Birtwistle & Rishton for helping us give Mum the dignified and beautiful farewell she deserved.
