From the first phone call to Dignity and Porters within an hour of my father's passing to the finest details of the funeral the kindness, support, empathy and professionalism given was everything we needed, but moreover everything we wanted as well . This was the first time l had to organise any funeral and it's complicated and l didn't know what l was to do but l didn't need to worry because they were there and they helped ,guided and organised everything we wanted . We as a family would personally like to thank Derek who was with us from taking dad from home when he first passed, to the end of the funeral, every step of the way his kindness ,support and total professionalism throughout made us feel so supported and comfortable and helped us to give dad the funeral we wanted for him .

As a celebrant it has been an honour to conduct funeral services on behalf of J&A Porters. The funeral directors are extremely friendly, caring, understanding and empathetic, at such a very sad time.
