We would like to send a heartfelt Thank you to Laura for the care and respect she showed our Mum. We cannot praise her enough for getting us through the most difficult time in our lives she was always on the end of the phone to guide us through each step and nothing was too much trouble for her she went above and beyond and we are so grateful to her as a family for the kindness and empathy she showed us all she really does suit her profession and an asset to DW Johns.
