Our prices include all the essentials
The prices you see on each branch's Price List are our lowest for each type of funeral. They include caring for the person who's died, a simple coffin, and the cremation or burial. We don't charge for the little touches like placing a rose on the coffin or playing music.
What affects the cost?
You can choose to add a personal touch, such as a unique coffin, flowers, your choice of transport, a printed order of service or a memorial. There might be additional costs depending on the type of funeral you choose, or what you require. We met Rebecca at a very low point for us she immediately put us at ease and explained clearly the prices, processes and legal side to death. She was helpful and remained constant throughout this difficult process always on call with a cheery but respectful demeanour. Our heartfelt thanks go out to her.
On the day of the funeral we were met with kindness and compassion by all involved with this final journey.

Francis Chappell & Sons in Eltham were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of arranging my dad Ronnie’s funeral.
From our very first contact, Rebecca and the team treated us with genuine kindness, compassion and professionalism. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they guided us through every stage with patience and understanding at what was an incredibly difficult time for our family.
Everything was handled beautifully and with great dignity, which gave us complete confidence that Dad was being properly cared for. Their support made a very painful experience that little bit easier, and we will always be extremely grateful.
