Hampstead is a truly special area in London. Celebrities are living in this area, but there are also ordinary people. When someone leaves us, this difference is not important. What makes J. H. If you are going through the excruciating loss of a loved one, then you could not be in more loving hands than those I have found at North Finchley JH Kenyon. The whole team from after hours to working hours, were nothing but kind and understanding, patient and willing to go the extra 300 miles. I had an incredibly complex service that I organised myself with a running sheet, timings, music, videos and eulogies. It was a huge job for everyone involved as they had never had so much detail to work with. I also directed the service myself because I didn't want anyone else to do it. No one knows my father like I do or like my mother and brother do. The team supported me every step of the way and even let me run through my own eulogy for feedback and advice which came with absolute love and respect. I didn't always know exactly what to expect from a funeral director but the love and respect that they gave me and my mother was deeply felt. Thank you everyone at JH Kenyon. I shall forever be grateful for helping and holding upright through what was the most emotional and hardest day of my life. Nadine
