We were able to give Dad a good send off with the professional and caring manner that W.English and Sons helped us to meet our needs and requirements. . It was very dignified event and the limousine ride to and from the crematorium felt like a real luxury. Bearers were very respectful and did their role well.

During one of the most painful moments of our lives. W. English & Son Funeral Directors, especially Slawek cared for our family with extraordinary compassion, dignity, and respect. Slawek did far more than manage my mum’s funeral service, he was genuinely present, deeply caring, and wholeheartedly involved in every detail. His calm guidance, kindness, and sincerity brought us comfort when we needed it most. He honoured my mum’s life beautifully and treated our family with such warmth and respect. He truly did our Jamaican family very proud, and we will forever be grateful for the care, professionalism, and humanity he showed us.

Thank you Slawek 🙂

W. English Hoxton did my sisters funeral. They were very kind and communication was very clear, they made a very difficult time easier for us,

In particular the driver of our car went above and beyond for us, I had my uncle in a wheelchair and he helped us supporting him in and out of the vehicle, he also showed us how to close it down and remove parts etc. He used to work for dial a ride. He also shook everyone’s hand at the end. So professional. He is an asset to the company.
