My beloved dad passed away in April 2025 on a weekend. And not knowing what and where to go, we choose Nodes becasue there were the closest to us. We called them out of hours and spoke to the wonderful Jodie. Who was sympathetic and respectful right from the start of this terrible ordeal. Our 1st appointment with Jodie to discuss funeral arrangements was dauting and emotional for us. But Jodie was calm, patient and explained everything to us with compassion and sincerity. We were reassured at every step of the process and working with my mum to carry out dad's wishes. As Jehovah Wittnesses, Nodes respected and worked with our Elder's on every aspect and detail required.

The team who deal with the carrying of the coffin went to the kingdom hall a day before the funeral talk to take a look at the building and how the coffin will be transported up the stairs.

They were in direct contact with the elder for any questions, they talked us through choosing the songs for entry and exit, the coffin types for cremation and a range of other things.

We also worked with Samantha Jane on viewing dad and collecting my dads ashes after cremation. Samantha Jane was so compassionate and respectful. I have nothing but praises for Nodes and the journey that we went on with them. I can honestly say that we totally trusted Nodes and they didnt let us down at all. The respect shown to us as a grieving family was 100.

It also helps that they have a parking space on a busy A road.
