All of the funeral staff from Francis Chappel and sons went above and beyond, from there politeness and care and absolutely nothing was to much trouble for them, my self and my family are so very grateful for the lovely care and attention shown to us as a family and there care of my late husband , thank you very much for all that you done for us.

Without Claire nothing would have gone so smooth from week one to week 6 she kept us fully informed and was very caring and understanding such a Star

Nigel and team was very kind nothing was too much for them my 5 grandsons and son carried the coffin and was shown with such kindness and time how to carry my husband, father, grandad and Great grandad Nigel was very caring and understanding towards me at this sad time Maureen and family
