What families say about us

As most families we were dreading the task of going to the funeral directors as this brought home to us the reality that we really had lost our beloved family member.

We were met at the door by Rosie, who immediately put us at ease, then talked us through the process and what was needed from us to get everything in place, Rosie also made a point of letting us know that certain aspects could still be change and we still had time to process and get our heads together.

The service went without a hitch, the flowers were beautiful. The eulogy was delivered with ease, sensitivity and warmth by the celebrant recommended by Fisher and Dixon.

The Staff on the day guided us through, nothing was too much trouble. We can’t thank Rosie and the team at Fisher and Dixon enough.

I could not fault the service that fisher and dixon provided for the funeral of my mother, I was dealt with be Rosie who was professional throughout, and made me feel at ease as it's not a pleasant thing to have to do, so thank you Rosie, hearse drivers and staff for everything.

At an extremely difficult time in our lives Rosie, Georgina and the team were the stability we needed as we navigated the early days of our grief. They helped us with every aspect of planning my husband's funeral and ensured that he had the funeral that he, and we, wanted him to have.

Thank you to everyone - I'm very grateful to you. AW
