If I could give them zero stars, I would. I called them in behalf of a family whose loved on had passed, at first I got through the Ealing Branch and the man who answered the phone was lovely— offered his condolences and spoke politely and compassionately. However, I had to call the Isleworth branch and the lady who asnwered was the RUDEST, MOST IMPOLITE person I spoke to over the phone even as I spoke to her calmly. When she answered the phone, she did not even give her name, no condolences, all she ever said was “Wait, I’ll get the paperwork.” Then when I asked her to repeat a question I did not hear or understand, she did not just simply repeat the question in a louder voice— she shouted! With an impatient tone of voice, very rude and angry. Not one word of thanks or please was ever heard from her throughout the conversation. She should NOT be working in an office that should deal with customers in a compassionate manner! RUDE! IMPOLITE!

I can’t recommend Hounslow Funeral Directors enough. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with both Priscilla and Debra under the sad circumstances - they helped every step of the way, and took the pressure off by explaining everything in plain simple terms, which was needed when your head is all over the place

Thank you so very much, and I just want to mention Arti too - much appreciated at this sad time!
