From first contact with Gordon Barbers at Loddon I felt they were very respectful and extremely caring when dealing with my Dad. Stephen was very helpful and was always available to help us and was always polite

Stephen was brilliant, a real godsend. Thank you so much :)

This is the second time I have had to use the Loddon branch of Gordon Barber's in less than a year, sadly. Firstly for my dad and this month for my husband, my dad's was preplanned and because I was so impressed with everything I didn't hesitate about using this branch again. Nothing was too much trouble, I was able to chose exactly what I wanted, and, if I was unsure I was given options/suggestions/advice. I was not rushed and infact probably took much l longer there than I should have done, sorry! The funeral went very well and everyone has told me how nice it was! I will have to mention though, that Stephen was absolutely lovely, we just seem to get on very well having the same sense of humour which might sound strange when organising something as close as a family members funeral, and, in my case, two, however, my husband also had a fantastic sense of humour, so, Stephen being so natural with me in this way certainly helped, but, he is also very understanding and caring and I know he was only showing his sense of humour with me because that was how I was able to deal with it all, I am quite sure he wouldn't show this inappropiately. I know I could not have dealt with these funeral arrangements with anyone else other than Stephen in such an easy manner.
Thank you for everything.
