Our prices include all the essentials

The prices you see on each branch's Price List are our lowest for each type of funeral. They include caring for the person who's died, a simple coffin, and the cremation or burial. We don't charge for the little touches like placing a rose on the coffin or playing music.

What affects the cost?

You can choose to add a personal touch, such as a unique coffin, flowers, your choice of transport, a printed order of service or a memorial. There might be additional costs depending on the type of funeral you choose, or what you require. I would like to sincerely thank John Ward & Sons for the outstanding care and support they provided during the arrangements for my mother’s funeral. Losing her was never going to be easy, but the compassion shown by the team made such a difficult time more bearable.

A very special thank you to Kate, who truly went above and beyond for our family. From the moment we first spoke, she was kind, patient, and incredibly thoughtful. Any request we had—no matter how small—she did her absolute best to accommodate. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made sure everything was just right.

Pre-funeral Michael felt that Tracie was amazing to help pull it all together at a time when he was totally lost and has a heartfelt appreciation and gratitude. Upon arrival, we met Tracie who was warm, smart and professional in apperance. Her meet and greet was informative of room location and timing and brief on process. The environment was extremly calm and tranquil. Facilities of the highest hygienie, clean standard from reception area, toilets, waiting area and blush green views, plants well cared for and it gave a feeling of really caring for people.

Staff greeted us with a warm smile, we travelled a long way from London and it was worth it.

The delivery of the entire service was well-paced and put us at ease. Tracie's voice and tone was even and peaceful, she is the perfect person for this role. She is a leader in her position, her maturity and understandingand professionalism is a credit to your company. Thank You - Yvonne, Michael & Family
