Pre-funeral Michael felt that Tracie was amazing to help pull it all together at a time when he was totally lost and has a heartfelt appreciation and gratitude. Upon arrival, we met Tracie who was warm, smart and professional in apperance. Her meet and greet was informative of room location and timing and brief on process. The environment was extremly calm and tranquil. Facilities of the highest hygienie, clean standard from reception area, toilets, waiting area and blush green views, plants well cared for and it gave a feeling of really caring for people.

Staff greeted us with a warm smile, we travelled a long way from London and it was worth it.

The delivery of the entire service was well-paced and put us at ease. Tracie's voice and tone was even and peaceful, she is the perfect person for this role. She is a leader in her position, her maturity and understandingand professionalism is a credit to your company. Thank You - Yvonne, Michael & Family
