I honestly cannot fault Margaret and the team. From start to finish, they treated my mum and my family with such dignity, compassion and respect. They were extremely helpful, professional and understanding throughout, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
Losing my mum has been the hardest period of my life, but Margaret and the team helped make an incredibly difficult time that little bit more manageable. We will always be grateful for the care and kindness they showed to my mum and my family.
I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves needing their services.
Lee.

From first contact the John Ward team were excellent. They treated dad with care, respect and dignity.
Mags was brilliant. She was patient, supportive and extremely thoughtful, spending as much time as was needed with us to ensure that everything was exactly as we wanted for dad.
I would highly recommend their services.
