We cannot thank enough Jordan and all the team at Bonhams for the incredible service they gave throughout the process. Funerals and the process involved is quite daunting, but Bonhams made the whole experience so much easier. They were constantly in communication and offered advice and guidance throughout and the result was a funeral service that was so lovely and comforting. We would not hesitate in recommending Bonhams to anybody wondering where to go for a funeral package, they will not let you down. Thanks again from Steve and the Marks family

Sympathetic, sensitive and very accommodating. These were fantastic, and very patient with my late responses and lack of concentration. Every member at every step were very respectful and professional. A difficult time made much easier to negotiate. So grateful for their expertise and their grace. Thankyou.

Ann Bonhams took care of our mum recently. Michelle and Luke were my contacts- in the main though it was Michelle that looked after mum and my main contact. We chose Bonhams as they had looked after my father 23 years ago. I cannot fault the service I received and Michelle was wonderful. She personally oversaw a couple of things for me, regarding mum, which put my mind at rest. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

On the day of the funeral Luke along with the remaining team led the hearse and were on hand should any family members not be able to manage carry to carry mum into the church. At the graveside they helped a mix of grandchildren and great grandchildren lower mum into her final resting place. It was a special moment. From start to finish it couldn’t have gone better. We were presented with a lovely memorial bag which had a boxed album of the order of service a photograph of mum and photos of the card from the floral tributes. Such a lovely gift. I would absolutely recommend Bonhams as my funeral director of choice. They were respectful, empathetic, caring. Thank you all very much for making what was a very hard time easier to bear.
