My family and I sincerely thank the staff at the Kirkby-in-ashfield Branch for their kindness and professional approach in dealing with my Mum's funeral. Izy was absolutely marvellous at helping us with the process of organising the funeral and everything was done exactly as we wanted. Mathew deserves a mention as his calm manner got us through the day when we were at our lowest. Thank- you again.

Nothing was too much trouble from first contact to the end of the funeral. All the arrangements were handled with dignity, and contact with Isabelle was easily achieved for any questions I might have. They even delivered the funeral flowers to my home afterwards. Altogether a first class service.
